One of my new year's resolutions is to take better care of my health. I want to share my journey so far.
Last year, I'd gotten tired so often and easily, even when I didn't do much. I thought that was probably because my health was getting worse. I'd paid very little attention to my health before: neither ate healthier foods, nor exercised.
It is said "to stay healthy, good eating habits and regular exercise must go hand-in-hand." So I started to reduce my carbs intake per day, trying to eat more vegetables, and to exercise at least 10 minutes everyday.
With these conscious effort, I not only feel healthier, but lost a few pounds, having a better skin and body shape. I even started to taste food better, so now I can enjoy it without any sweeteners.
It's been just a couple of weeks since I started this lifestyle, but it's already brought me lots of benefits. I will keep this up to the end of this year, and see how different I will be. I'm so excited already!
