I recently celebrated my birthday. Reaching an age that feels like a big milestone for me gave me a strange and special feeling. The day before my birthday, my coworkers at my part-time job celebrated with me, and on the day itself, I received many warm messages from my family and friends. I was reminded of how happy it feels to be celebrated and how lucky I am to have such wonderful people around me. Since I’ve become a little more of an adult, I’d like to introduce a phrase that I value deeply. It’s something my high school teacher once told me: “The best is yet to come.” I tend to think that student life is the most enjoyable time in life, but hearing those words from someone with more life experience made me realize that there are still many fun and wonderful things waiting ahead. Because of that, I now feel excited to keep enjoying life and look forward to what’s to come.

I caught a cold this week. I don have a fever but my throat is sore. In Japan, it’s getting cold. I love winter, so I was very looking forward to getting cold. But it actually gets cold, I miss summer. I always catch a cold when the seasons change. I have a cold once every three months. I’m taking care of my health, but I have a cold every time. Anyway I’m going to take the Korean test this weekend. I study Korean in class. I think I’m good at listening. I listen to Korean every day because I love K-pop and Korean dramas. In their videos, they naturally talk Korean. So I can study from their conversations. But I have to learn reading. I often confusing how to read. My favorite idols often write their fans letters, I want to try to read them. I will study tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. I’ll do my best!!

This week, I went out drinking with my university friends for the first time, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable nights I’ve had recently. We met after class and decided to go to a small bar near the station. The place had a warm atmosphere, soft music, and friendly staff, which made everyone feel comfortable. At first, we were all a little nervous and quiet, but as we started drinking and eating, the mood became more relaxed. It felt very refreshing and different from how we usually talk at school. Everyone got a little tipsy, and because of that, we became more honest and talkative. We laughed about small things, shared stories about our part-time jobs, and even talked about love and our future dreams. I realized how fun it is to spend time together outside of class, not just studying but really getting to know each other. The night ended with lots of smiles and promises to go out again soon. It was a truly special and unforgettable experience for me.

Last week, I went to Damiano David’s solo concert! It was so amazing! It felt like a dream, and I can’t remember everything clearly because I was so excited. It was my first time going to a concert alone, and I was surprised by how much I’ve grown. Since spring, I practiced going out by myself, so I could feel comfortable being alone. Thanks to that, I was able to join a club and make new friends too. I never thought that one artist could help me grow like this. I’m really thankful to myself for applying for the concert tickets last December❤️‍🔥The concert was incredible, and I was so touched to see so many people come together because they love the same artist. If you’re scared to go to a concert alone, just go! You’ll find other people who are alone too, so don’t worry and enjoy it! Next time, I'd like to go to a MÅNESKIN concert too!

Today, I went to karaoke with my friend who sings very well. I enjoyed it about 3 hours. Singing is very good thing to stress relief to me. When I feel many stressful, I usually go to karaoke alone or with friends. My favorite thing. I'm not good at singing well, but singing is very fun! I usually sing "Mr. Children". They are Japanese band. They makes very good songs. The vocalist is Kazutoshi Sakurai. His characteristic is high tone voice. When I heard their song at first, I was so touched. His voice is so attractive. My one dream is to go to Mr Children's live concert. But they are very popular in Japan, so it's hard to get a ticket. I want to go to their concert at least once. My best song in their is "Innocent World". It has a great lyrics. On the other hand, it is very difficult to sing to me.

Today, I have a part-time job. It will last until midnight, so it will be a hard day. I must be careful because I have a class tomorrow morning, and I cannot oversleep. I will try to finish work early and go home quickly. Recently, I am really into playing games, but today I will not play. I want to focus on my tasks. When I get home, I plan to take a bath right away to relax. After that, I need to work on my homework. I still have some assignments left, so I will do my best to complete them. It is not easy, but I know I can do it if I try hard. I want to manage my time well and stay focused. Even though I am tired, I will keep going. I hope I can finish everything before going to bed. Saying all this… I feel a little embarrassed, haha😭

I definitely want to say something about my last trip. It's a five-day bus trip. We travelled acorss four provinces over 2500 kilometres. So, you can imagine how many hours we staying on the bus with an average speed of 80 kilometres per hour. You might think that it's really boring, but we really enjoy the scenery along the roads. A tight schedule always made us get to the must-visit places later than we planned. Once, we reached a scenic spot at night. We found it's more fun to visit there than during daytime. The colorful lights were shinning in the dark and reflecting on everyone's smiling face. It's perfect! So, a trip is like the journey of our whole life. Maybe we can get tired at one moment. We may feel sad and lose the chance to enjoy something interesting which actually get along with us. If we have the ability of finding beauty, beauty is in everywhere!

Hello. Last weekend was our university festival, and it was incredibly busy. I had to wake up very early every morning and kept moving around the campus until late at night. There were so many things to do—helping at different booths, guiding visitors, and preparing for events. Although I was really tired, I still went to my part-time job right after the festival each day. By the end of the weekend, my body felt completely exhausted, and all I wanted was to sleep for a whole day. However, there is no time to rest because I still have reports to write, tests to study for, and seminars to attend. Even though I feel worn out, I want to keep doing my best and not fall behind. Looking back, the festival was fun and full of good memories with friends. Everyone worked hard together, and that made me realize how strong our teamwork has become. I hope to stay motivated and finish this semester well.
