My camera needs to be repaired

I dreamt a chemistry teacher who taught in our school for a short period of time. She treats everyone well. If I didn’t see it, I wouldn’t believe there’s such a big difference between people. For example, she shared her snacks with the cleaner who was on night shift. She even invited me to her place. In winter, her cooking brought warmth to me — a person wanders from place to place. After her quit, many people asked me and shared memories about her. On her last day of working for the school, she said she wanted to go to the hospital with me. I knew that because she wanted to shared the cab with me. She even waited for me and called me in the hospital. I said, “I won’t go with you. I’m going back to Tianjin.” She said farewells, then turned and went. I couldn’t stop my tears and dared not to watch her retreating figure.

It's a beautiful day today. Recently, Dad got a foldable armchair and spends a lot of time in it. It's really irking Mom how lazy he's become. He slumps in the chair in front of the tele, holding his coffee without moving for hours. Mom and I are discussing the possibility of forcing him to join my gym routine. I have to go anyway, so why not have him as my workout buddy? Or maybe we could give his armchair away to Grandpa. Anyway, something has to be done. Every day, people around the world come over to experience the Chinese culture. We often say that if Beijing is the biggest branch of Chinese culture, Xi'an is the root. When I stand in front of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, it gives me a feeling that I am just living in the Tang Dynasty and listening to the bell from the tower as those poets did 1500 years ago. Xi'an has a high place in each Chinese person's heart. It's mixed skyscrapers and heritages. During daytime, we call it Xi'an, bur at night we call it Chang'an. We can wear the traditional clothes and experience the life of the Tang dynasty. The famous pedestrian street Da Tang Buyecheng opens for 24 hours with marvelous performances and great stores which attracts every visitor's attention.

Hi, italki! My name is Kake. I'm an university student in Osaka, Japan. My dream is to study abroad and work internationally. So I need to improve my English more, but, because I'm not rich so much, I was looking for any way of learning English for free. I gonna make the most of this platform with no financial cost. I'm freshman here so I haven't decided yet how to use italki, but writing kind of diary would be main. In addition, I'd like to challenge language exchange online. I can teach Japanese and Japanese culture (but sorry, I'm not very good at anime and video games). I'm from Osaka, so I can also teach Kansai direct like "NANDEYANEN!" I will take IELTS exam in November preparing for student exchange program of my university. But my English definitely fall short of the IELTS 6.5 level. I think a good teacher has good active listening to understand the gaps detected in their students, gives feedback, and most importantly, shares material that the students can study and practice to enhance themselves.
