It's pronouncing them clearly so your listener can fully understand? Is it saying enough so you don't sound limited or be able to give enough variety in your responses so you don't sound repetitive? Is it phrasal verbs? Do you use them? Do you understand them? Do you know how many there are? What about your confidence? Do you second guess yourself when you speak English? Do you have a lot of 'ums' and 'uhs' when you speak American English? Do you repeat words and phrases? Do you have long pauses in between your words and phrases? Do you translate in your head before you say it? Do you depend on translating? Do you say the bare minimum which is only the few things you know how to say but if someone asks you to 'say more.' you'd have difficulty? Are you not really sure where you struggle? After checking my bank account, I felt a small sense of relief. I immediately started thinking about how to use the money. Recently, the weather has become cooler, and I realized that I don’t have a proper jacket for autumn and winter. I saw some stylish outerwear online, like wool coats and down jackets, and now I can’t stop thinking about buying one. Hello. Today, I had an interview of part-time job. It was the most difficult interview I’ve ever hard because it was group interview and we answered many questions in an hour. The questions were all specific ones that required concrete answers, but I think I answered every one accurately. So I believe I had a good interview. It's a highly competitive interview, but I hope I get in. After that, I went to my friend's university and met up with my friend. I made japanese sweet potato cakes at home today. The ingredients are some sweet potatos, butter, milk, sugar, and a little salt. It's very easy and simple. Mash the boiled sweet potatoes, mix with the other ingredients, shape them into small sweet potatoes and bake them. It takes about 30 minutes. Homemade sweet potato cakes are lower in calories than other snacks and my children enjoyed eating it, so I'm going to make sweet potato cakes again😊
