Today is my birthdayyyy! any birthday wishes?

Today,I absent University because I was sleep in time.I work on part time job.

Today, I went running. Actually, I hadn't run for 1 or two months. I decided to try a circlular path that I had never attempted before. The loop was very long, which had 13 kilometers so I jogged slowly. To be honest, running the entire circle was really exhausting. I didn't dare try completing the full loop again. When I reached the 10 kilometers, my legs were very painful that I became difficult to keep running. So I altenated between walking and jogging to finish the circle. The scenery along the circle was very beautiful but I was too tired to enjoy it. I kept going until the sunset and the moon rose. Unfortunately, I started feeling cold and lost my appetite. I think I might have gotten a fever, possibly from the nighttime wind. 今天去跑步了，其实已经有1，2个月没有跑了。今天决定跑完那一圈，其实我之前一直没有试过。我一直都是慢跑，因为路很长，有13多公里。说真的，跑步真的好累，跑完这一次，我不敢再次尝试跑完一圈了。跑到10公里，我的腿已经痛得不行了，很难去跑起来，所以我后面的都是走路或者偶尔跑跑。沿途的风景很美但是我好累很难去欣赏。跑到太阳落山到月亮升起。回到家后我发现我有点冷，也吃不下东西，感觉感冒了
