I wonder if there is any difference between 'over the last...' and 'over the past...'. For example, in these two sentences, can we use 'over the past' and 'over the last' interchangeably? Those are pictures of the storms taken over the past few years. I’ve heard a lot about my job relocation over the last few days.

Hello everyone, I've been studying English since I was a child, but I've always struggled with pronunciation. This year, I decided to work on it by reading lots of articles and texts aloud. However, I need a native speaker to read them for me so that I can mimic their pronunciation and truly improve mine. Hello good native English speakers. How do you do. Query about several similar noun phrases with same meaning. 1a. The business of the missing tickets. 1b. The business of missing the tickets. 2a. The business of Tom’s missing the tickets. 2b. The business of the tickets which/ that Tom missed. 2c. The business of the "Tom had missed the tickets". Query: Are they all grammatically correct? What is the difference between 1a. and 1b.? And between 2a, to 2c?(2a, 2b, and 2c)? I guess: 1a emphasizes the "event" (the missing tickets) 1b the "action" or "activity" (missing the tickets). 2a. or 2c emphasizes the action (the thing of Tom's missing the tickets) , but 2b. the event.… Are my guesses all correct?

Am I allowed to say “God bless you!” as sarcasm when some random guy tells me “F*** you.” I was walking on the street the other day, in NYC, and crossing the crosswalk and a guy was crossing from the opposite side, holding his Hans with his daughter’s, and then suddenly shouted at me “MOVE THE F*** OVER.” I just ignored him because I feared I could be shot if I said “Go F*** yourself.” Anyone could carry a gun to intimidate people, and I do hear gunshots time to time in my neighborhood. To keep myself not intimidated and defeated, i would like to say something to him if it’s possible., but I don't want to say anything that could provoke him. Can I say “God bless you!”? I know probably just ignoring him would be the ideal answer, but anger lingers on me afterwards. I want to say something to him, but not something nasty.
