Learning will take place through creativity, communication and critical thinking, giving you practical solutions to successfully answer general and familiar questions in Part 1, develop a strategy to speaking with confidence and fluency in Part 2 and cope with more complex questions in Part 3.

IELTS Speaking: Extending answers, generating ideas and becoming fluent

By the end of this course you will be able to use a proven writing strategy to achieve a band 6* or higher.

We will start at the beginning and look at your current writing abilities, identifying areas that need fixing. Knowing what you are doing wrong is vital to moving forward and it will give you a clear and achievable path towards your objectives.

Each subsequent lesson will be tailored to your needs giving you the necessary techniques to achieve a band 6 or higher.

• paraphrasing – an essential IELTS skill;
• complex sentences (they aren't that complex, I promise!);
• how to write a thesis (main idea) statement;
• essay planning and proof reading;
• different essay structures (five essay types in Part 2 and six charts in Part 1).
