If you like crafting and you can chat while you work this class is for you! Bring your work in progress and log in to chat in English with other crafters like yourself. All craft types are welcome: sewing, knitting, crocheting, origami, embroidery, needle felting, jewelry making, and anything else you might enjoy. I ask only that your craft be something quiet, if you require machinery to do your craft please do not join as the noise will likely be disruptive. I hope to craft and chat with you soon!

You'll learn vocabulary related to your craft that will help you meet people who enjoy your craft and speak English. You'll learn how to ask questions and explain your crafting hobby. Most importantly you'll learn how speak casually in English and form sentences in real time with varied tenses and grammar outside of a structured practice session. This class is suitable for B1 levels and up!

Even though I haven't always taught languages I have been teaching for almost ten years. Now that I have experience both online and in the classroom, I feel I'm much more well rounded and better equipped to teach all kinds of students through various media. I've exclusively worked in immersive English environments so I have a lot of skill in that teaching style. I'm good at making concepts understandable without giving a translation. I have also worked with professional students to perfect their English in a business setting so I have experience with specific vocabulary as well. I want all my students to get to a language level that they can be proud of.
