Der Glücksatlas 2022

„Auf einer Skala von 0 – 10, wie zufrieden sind Sie mit Ihrem Leben?“ Fragen dieser Art wurden einer repräsentativen Anzahl von Deutschen gestellt. Das Ergebnis wurde kürzlich im Glücksatlas 2022 veröffentlicht.  Der durchschnittliche Glücksindex der Deutschen liegt bei 6,86. Seit seinem Tiefstand Im Jahr 2021 hat er somit 0,28 Punkte aufgeholt. Die Pandemie mit all ihren Problemen hat die Zahl der unglücklichen Deutschen stark erhöht. Der Ukraine-Krieg und die Inflation sorgen weiterhin dafür, dass der Wert von 7,14  aus dem Jahr 2019 nur schwer erreichbar scheint. 
Generell sind die westdeutschen Bundesländer zufriedener mit ihrem Leben als die ostdeutschen: In Schleswig-Holstein beispielsweise wohnen die glücklichsten Menschen und in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern die unglücklichsten. 
Gegenüber 2019 verloren die jungen Leute, die Generation Z, durch Covid einen ganzen Punkt an Lebenszufriedenheit. Rentner hingegen sind nur noch 0,19 Punkte vom früheren Niveau entfernt.

*Plizyè fason nou ka di sa - many ways we can say that 

Nou ka di - we can say 
Kijan ou ye?  Kòman ou ye?  kouman ou ye?(fòmèl) yo tout vle di - they all means ,How are you? or how are you doing? 
Pa egzanp: for example
Egz: Bonjou Mesye,Kijan ou ye? Good morning Sr, How are you?

Nou ka ajoute yon endikatè tanporèl nan fraz la : we can add a time indicador in the sentence 
Tankou - like,  
Kounya (kounye a) - Now 
jodia - today
Pa egzanp : for example
Egz:Alo Mari, How are you doing today?  Hi Mari,Alo Mari , Kijan w ye jodia? 

Kèk fason fòmèl ak enfòmèl ou ka poze kesyon sa tou – some informal ways you can ask this question also:
 Sak pase?  , Sak regle? , Sak ap fèt?  yo tout vle di: they all means  What‘s up? / or what happen (enfòmèl)....

Nou ka di tou – We can say also 

Pa gen anyen ki tonbe? - What‘s new ?   
Ou anfòm? ou oke? -   Are you good?  are you okay ?
Kijan bagay yo ye? -    How are things?
Kijan vi a ye? -            How ‘s life?, 
Ou la ?           -       Are you there?
      
Kounya,Pou w di kijan ou ye , nou itilize pwonon pèsonèl yo sann pa itilize vèb ‘’se’’ a – Now ,To say how you are we use the subject pronounce without using the verb to ‘’be’’ .

Pa egzanp: for example 
Si yon moun mande ou , kijan ou ye?   kòman ou ye ? if someone ask you how are you?
Ou ka di : you can Say
Egz: Mwen byen,mèsi e ou: I am good thanks and you / I am fine thanks and you/

Три бика и лав – Tri bika i lav (Aesop (Ezop)) (A fable for А2 and above)

Spain has said it wants to introduce a tax of up to 100% on property purchases for anyone from outside the European Union (EU) who is not a resident in the country.

That could mean a lot of potential buyers from places like Asia, the UK and the US being priced out of the market.

And that's exactly the idea.

Many Spaniards have said that they can't afford to buy property because of the number of homes being bought by foreign buyers.

Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez recently shared the plan, saying that in 2023, 27,000 apartments and houses around Spain were bought by people from outside the EU.

He said these buyers didn't purchase the homes to live in, but to make money from them.

Spain is a popular vacation destination for people around the world, and many like to buy holiday homes for themselves.

But other buyers put their properties on the short-term rental market, using sites like Airbnb.

This has meant that there are fewer homes for local people to buy. The shortage of properties in popular areas has seen prices increase, with many locals unable to afford higher prices.

Sánchez also said he wants to increase taxes on landlords who rent their properties with companies like Airbnb.

However, the prime minister's plans may not become law; for now they're just ideas.

British people who spoke to the BBC after hearing the news weren't happy with these plans.

Michele Hayes from Manchester, who has been looking at properties in Spain, said: "How many working Spanish people want to live in holiday homes in these tourist areas anyway?"
