  一般人欢喜谈玄，你说烦恼，他便从“哲学辞典”里拖出“厌世主义”“悲观哲学”等等堂哉皇哉的字样来叙你的病由。我不知道你感觉如何？我自己从前仿佛也尝过烦恼的况味，我只觉得忧来无方，不但人莫之知，连我自己也莫名其妙，哪里有所谓哲学与人生观！我也些微领过哲学家的教训：在心气和平时，我景仰希腊廊下派哲学者，相信人生当皈依自然，不当存有慎喜贪恋；我景仰托尔斯泰，相信人生之美在宥与爱；我景仰布朗宁，相信世间有丑才能有美，不完全乃真完全；然而外感偶来，心波立涌，拿天大的哲学，也抵挡不住。这固然是由于缺乏修养，但是青年们有几个修养到“不动心”的地步呢？从前长辈们往往拿“应该不应该”的大道理向我说法。他们说，像我这样一个青年应该活泼泼的，不应该暮气沉沉的，应该努力做学问，不应该把自己的忧乐放在心头。谢谢罢，请留着这副“应该”的方剂，将来患烦恼的人还多呢！

Hot Water  热水( rè shuǐ)
Why the obsession with hot water? 
It's NOT because we don't have fridges. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), your "Spleen and Stomach" prefer warmth. Chugging ice water forces your body to use up its "Yang" energy just to heat the water up for digestion. Over time, this leads to fatigue and a "cold" stomach.
 How to join? 
> Get a Thermos 
Don't overthink the "grandpa energy"- that thermos is your new identity. Own it. 
> The Morning Ritual 
First thing after waking up, drink a glass of warm water (50-60℃). It's the internal "reset" button your body needs. 
> Level Up with Goji Berries
 No soaking required -just drop them in, pour hot water over them, done.
