日本では外食（がいしょく）は高（たか）いし、栄養（えいよう）が偏（かたよ）るから自炊（じすい）が一番（いちばん）良（よ）いと考（かんが）える人が多い気がする。あっさりしたメニューの次（つぎ）の日は味（あじ）の濃（こ）い献立（こんだて）にしたり、和食（わしょく）が続（つづ）けば、中華（ちゅうか）料理（りょうり）や韓国（かんこく）料理・イタリアン風（ふう）など様々（さまざま）な国（くに）の料理も作（つく）ったり、色（いろ）んな料理を作るために家（いえ）に常備（じょうび）している調味料（ちょうみりょう）の種類（しゅるい）もかなり多い。料理好（ず）きなら分かるが、料理することが苦痛（くつう）なら作らなければいいのに、なぜここまで頑張（がんば）るのか。

Introduction---the secret of learning Chinese

ついにエアフライヤーを買いました。正確に言うとパートナーが私の誕生日に買ってくれました。

エアフライヤーとは高温の熱風を使って食べ物を調理する機械です。これを使うと普通のオーブンより速く調理ができ、材料の外側がカリカリになるので揚げ物のようになります。ちなみに日本ではノンフライヤーというそうです。

私は一年前ぐらいからエアフライヤーを買おうかどうか迷っていました。すぐ買わなかった理由は二つあります。
一つ目は私の家のキッチンがとても狭いからです。エアフライヤーはとても大きいです。エアフライヤーをキッチンに置くと材料を切ったり、パンの生地をこねたりするスペースがなくなります。
二つ目の理由は私がすぐに飽きる性格だからです。新しいものを買ってもすぐに飽きて使わなくなったら、お金が無駄になってしまいます。

実際エアフライヤーを使ってみると、うわさどおり簡単にフライドチキンやフライドポテトを作ることができました。外側がカリカリになってまるで油で揚げたみたいでした。フライドチキンやフライドポテトはいつもレストランで食べたり、買って食べたりしていたので自分で作れるようになったのはうれしいです。また、今までオーブンで作っていた料理をエアフライヤーを使って作ると半分ぐらいの時間で出来上がります。私は最近エアフライヤーで焼きとうもろこしを作ることにはまっています。

これから飽きないようにエアフライヤーのレシピをいろいろ試してみたいと思います。皆さんはエアフライヤーを持っていますか？エアフライヤー用のレシピでおすすめはありますか？よかったら私のレッスンに来て教えてください。
