坊やの狐はその手をひろげたり握ったり、
つねってみたり、嗅いでみたりしました。

「何だか変だな母ちゃん、これなあに？」

と言って、雪あかりに またその人間の手に
変えられてしまった自分の手を 
しげしげと みつめました。

「それは人間の手よ。いいかい坊や、
町へ行ったらね、たくさん人間の家があるからね、
まず表に円まるいシャッポの看板のかかっている
家を探さがすんだよ。それが見つかったらね、
トントンと戸を叩いて こんばんはって言うんだよ。
そうするとね、中から人間が、すこうし戸を
あけるからね、その戸の隙間すきまから、
こっちの手、ほらこの人間の手をさし入れてね、
この手にちょうどいい手袋頂戴って言うんだよ、
わかったね 決して こっちのお手々を
出しちゃ駄目よ」

と母さん狐は言いきかせました。

「どうして？」

と坊やの狐はききかえしました。

「人間はね、相手が狐だとわかると、
手袋を売ってくれないんだよ、それどころか、
つかまえて檻の中へ入れちゃうんだよ、
人間ってほんとに恐いものなんだよ」

「ふーん」

「決して、こっちの手を出しちゃいけないよ、
こっちの方、ほら人間の手の方をさしだすんだよ」

と言って、母さんの狐は持って来た二つの
白銅貨を、人間の手の方へ握らせてやりました。

Tema: Es común confundir To Realize con el verbo REALIZAR porque el sonido es muy similar. Pero NO significan la misma cosa. Realizar es algo más del tipo To Do / To Make, pero en contexto.
Entonces.. ¿qué pasa con To Realize/Realise?. 

Ese es el tema hoy... en español decimos DARSE CUENTA.

DARSE CUENTA es verbo que conjugamos con los pronombres reflexivos. Pero hay algo más..., veamos estos ejemplos:
Me doy cuenta del sol brillante de hoy.
¿Te das cuenta del precio de esos zapatos?.
Ustedes se dan cuenta de ese olor... ¡hhmm!
Ellos se dan cuenta de que estudiar gramática es muy chévere.
Nosotros nos damos cuenta de que hay que escuchar el podcast para entender el punto.

El significado de DARSE CUENTA tienes más detallitos más allá de To Realize/Realise..., ¿listas.., listos?.., yo también.
