人体细胞是有寿命的，每天都在更新，衰老死掉的细胞会被新的代替。
全身的细胞全部替换掉，需要经过七年，也就是在生理上，我们每过七年就拥有一个新的身体。
细胞的更替是循序渐进的，并不会在同一时刻全部换掉，不同的细胞代谢的时间和间隔都不同。
人的大脑细胞是永久不变的，所以，就算身体经过了七年的更新周期，你的脑子依然还是同一个。

・ 私は北海道で生まれて、北海道で育ちました。
・ 今は札幌に住んでいますが、 18歳までは北海道の北のところに住んでいました。実家がそこにあります。
・ 今は大人なので、雪が降ると嫌だなと思う。
・ だけど、子供の時はとても楽しかったです。
・ 雪が降ったばかりだと、雪がふわふわしていて、その中に飛び込むのがすごく楽しい・ 高いところから、雪の中に落ちるっていうのがすごく楽しかったですね。
・ 雪だるま
・ 北海道の雪はサラサラしてるから、で雪合戦（ゆきがっせん）はできない。
・ そりすべり

高兴 is more general and can be used to describe a wide range of happy or positive emotions, while 开心 is more specifically used to describe a feeling of joy or delight. In general, both words can be used interchangeably to describe happiness, but 开心 tends to be used in more informal or   contexts, while 高兴 is more commonly used in formal or polite settings.
