Instead of focusing on grammar, vocabulary, or learning speed, this episode looks at what happens when pressure appears and why language access can change in high-stakes moments. 

It invites listeners to reflect on the difference between knowing English and being able to use it when professional consequences are involved.

The goal of this episode is not to offer quick solutions, but to help learners recognize a pattern that often goes unnoticed and to better understand why progress can feel inconsistent, even after years of study.

みなさん、こんにちは。
きょうは日本語(にほんご)の勉強(べんきょう)のやり方(かた)について話(はな)したいと思(おも)います。

もうすぐビギナーコースが終(お)わるみなさんから、ときどき「このコースが終(お)わったあとで、どうやって日本語(にほんご)を勉強(べんきょう)したらいいですか。」と聞(き)かれます。

もちろん、次(つぎ)のレベルの教科書(きょうかしょ)を使(つか)って勉強(べんきょう)したり、日本人(にほんじん)の友達(ともだち)や先生(せんせい)と話(はな)したりするのも、とてもいいと思(おも)います。

でも、きょう、わたしからみなさんへのもうひとつのアドバイスは、「好(す)きなことを日本語(にほん
ご)でしてみよう」です。

例(たと)えば、映画(えいが)を見(み)るのが好(す)きな人(ひと)は、日本語(にほんご)の音(おと)と、日本語(にほんご)のサブタイトルで映画(えいが)を見(み)てみてください。料理(りょうり)を作(つく)るのが好(す)きな人(ひと)は、作(つく)りたい料理(りょうり)のレシピを日本語(にほんご)で読(よ)んでみたり、ユーチューブで日本人(にほんじん)の料理(りょうり)チャンネルを見(み)てみてください。

わたしが英語(えいご)のビギナーだったときも、英語(えいご)で好(す)きな映画(えいが)を何度(なんど)も見(み)たり、好(す)きな外国人歌手(がいこくじんかしゅ)の歌(うた)を覚(おぼ)えて歌(うた)ったりしていました。それで、もっとたくさんの言葉(ことば)や文法(ぶんぽう)も覚(おぼ)えられたし、英語(えいご)もどんどん好(す)きになりました。

みなさんの趣味(しゅみ)は何(なん)ですか。何(なに)が好(す)きですか。好(す)きなことを日本語(にほんご)でやってみてください。きっと、もっと日本語(にほんご)がおもしろくなりますよ！
