How has globalisation affected small businesses?

白雪的爸爸叫夏东海，妈妈常常叫他老夏。老夏做的菜很好吃，他有一家饭店。叫“老夏饭店”。饭店不大，可是每天都有很多客人。饭店里有饭，有面条儿，果汁，还有很多菜。

白雪小的时候，每天都跟爸爸妈妈一起去饭店，他们三个人也在饭店吃早饭、午饭和晚饭，每天都很晚关门回家。可以说，饭店是白雪的第二个家。

客人们都很喜欢白雪，喜欢和她说话。白雪有大大的眼睛和小小的嘴巴，很可爱。爸爸妈妈很忙的时候，白雪也能帮忙给客人拿筷子，水和菜单。

白雪六岁的时候开始上学，爸爸每天早上给女儿准备午饭，因为白雪觉得学校的午饭不好吃，她喜欢吃爸爸做的。下午四点多，白雪从学校回到饭店，爸爸妈妈问她今天在学校学习了什么。如果饭店没有人来吃饭，爸爸会看白雪写作业。

Today I'll tell you about Bai Xue's father.

Bai Xue's father is named Xia Donghai, and his mother often calls him Lao Xia. Lao Xia's cooks very well. He has a restaurant. It's called "Laoxia Restaurant". The restaurant is not big, but there are many guests come every day. There are rice, noodles, fruit juice and many dishes in the restaurant.

When Bai Xue was young, she went to the restaurant with her parents every day. The three of them also had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant. They closed late every day and went home. It can be said that the restaurant is Bai Xue's second home.


The guests all like Bai Xue and like to talk to her. Bai Xue has big eyes and small mouth. She is adorable. When mom and dad are busy, Bai Xue can also help bring chopsticks, water and menus to guests.


Bai Xue started school when she was six. Her father prepares lunch for her daughter every morning. Because Bai Xue thinks the school lunch is not delicious, she likes to eat what her father makes.

At time past 4 pm., Bai Xue returned to the restaurant from school. Her parents asked her what she learned at school today. If no one comes to the restaurant for meal, dad will watch Bai Xue do her homework.

はい、こんにちは洋平先生です。えー、今日は文の終わりにつける”ね” のお話をしたいと思います。
ちょっとこれは私の考え、私の意見も入っています。おそらく正しいと思うんですが、私の意見です。
 
時々生徒からこんなメールが来ます
「明日、ちょっとレッスンの時間変えてくださいね」 
 
生徒は”ね”をつけて、やさしく言おうとしているんだと思うんですよ。でも、ちょっと私はいつもびっくりするんですね。
”ね” は、3種類か4種類ぐらいあるんですね。
 
①
”ね” の1つ目の意味ですけども、自分の気持ちですね。emotionや、感想(かんそう）を相手に伝える時に使います。例えば、
・「いい景色ですね」
・「ここ汚いですね」
 
②
はい、で2つ目は”確認(かくにん）”ですね。えー、
・「明日一緒に来るんですね」
・「これ食べたいんですね」
 ”誰” ”どこ”　”どうやって” というような疑問詞（ぎもんし）、interrogative phraseを使わない疑問文
ですね。question sentenceの時に”ね を使います。

もう1つを紹介(しょうかい）すると、これは1つ目と似ているんですけど、自分の考えを言うとき、
・「それはあまり良くないですね」
・「私はちょっとちがうと思うんですね」
 
はい、この”ね” なんですけど、も、えー、”ね” だけではなくて、”よ” とか、”な”ですよね、をつけるとやさしくなると習ったと思うんですね。 
えー、まあ、そうですね、この”ね” をつけると、うん、やさしくなります。特に３つめの自分の考え、特に相手に強い考えをいう時、やさしくなります。
 
けども、何かお願いする時、 『なになにしてください”ね”。』 
これも確かに優しくなるんですけど、ちょっとこれ、私の意見も入っていますが、確認（かくにん）の意味になると思おうんですね、『～～してくださいね』。え、ですから。初めて何かをたのむ時、その人に何か初めて言う時 に”ね” をつけるとんちょっとあまりやさしくならないんですね。うん、例えば
・『すみません、消しゴム貸してくださいね』
 
というと、えー言われた方は、 えー、ちょっとあまりいい気持ちにならないんですね。で、例えば、誰かが来ます。あなたは車に乗っていますよ。誰かが来ますよ。その人がこう言います。
「すみません、2時までに車を移動（いどう）してくださいね」
 
そう言われると、私は「え、 そんなこと聞いていませんけど」と言ってしまうんですね。
うん、確認の”ね”　なんですね、やっぱりこれは”ね” がない方がいいと思います。 
A：「すみません、2時までに車を移動してください」
B：「あ、はい、2時に何かあるんですか」 
 
というような会話があーできます。で、えー、”ね”をつける場合は、例えば
A：「昨日もお伝えしましたが、2時までに移動してくださいね」
B：「はい、わかりました」
 
これだと自然ですね。うん。で、えー、他にもですね、例えば「～～してくださいね」でも、例えばあなたの家にお客さんが来ました。そのお客さんに、
A：「今日は家でのんびりしてくださいね」
B：「あ、ありがとうございます」
 
これはやさしいんですね、うん、何か頼（たの）んでいるわけじゃないんで、やさしいです。 
あと、例えば恋人とデートしました。で、デートが終わりました。彼女が僕にいます。
・「帰ったらメールしてね」
 
 はい、えー、これもオッケー（やさしい）なんですね、これはあの、恋人はいつもバイバイ、お別れしたらメールをします。うん、これはもう男の人も分かってます。女の人も分かってますから、やさしいんですね。
 
どうでしょうわかちょっとわかりましたか？
はい、うん、ちょっとみなさんもその辺（へん）を気を付けていただけたら、うれしいです。はい、じゃあ、今日も聞いてくれてありがとうございます。じゃあ、日本語の勉強がんばって！バイバイ👋

What is "かえるかげんしょう" that has become a hot topic on social networking sites? A talk about the characteristics

One of the common goals for people in their 20s, 30s and 40s is to "get on the property ladder."

The idea is that when you buy your first home you're taking your first step on that ladder. In time, you may be able to climb higher by selling your property and buying a bigger or better one.

But taking that first step can be difficult — and scary. So what do you need to know before you go from renting or living with family to becoming a homeowner?

Writing for CNBC, real estate reporter Celia Fernandez shared a number of things she wished she'd done before buying her first home.

One thing she mentioned was making sure she had all the necessary paperwork in one place so she could easily show it to banks or lenders. This is good advice for anyone buying a property — you'll probably need to share things like your payslips, bank records and tax returns several times!

Fernandez also advises people to look for "free money." Your country or region may have grants or other programs to help home buyers. Look out for things like tax breaks for first-time home buyers, or grants for refurbishing older homes.

She also suggests asking for financial help from family members. "My biggest regret is not talking to our loved ones right at the beginning of our search," she said.

Of course, not everyone will have this option. But some parents may want to give money to their children during their lives rather than waiting to pass it on as an inheritance, for example.

Finally, Fernandez says it's important to take into account the costs of closing a sale. That might include taxes, legal fees, inspection fees or fees for a real estate agent — and don't forget that you may also have initial refurbishment costs.

You don't want an expensive surprise just as you get your first home!
