For example:

Why are puzzles and riddles so valuable for the brain? The puzzles help you improve vocabulary and to develop associative thinking. This in turn means that people who can solve puzzles quickly are quicker at finding solutions to everyday problems. Solving puzzles is a very fun and exciting activity! 
Warum sind die Rätsel so wertvoll für das Gehirn? Die Rätsel helfen dir den Wortschatz zu verbessern, aufmerksam zuhören und das assoziative Denken zu entwickeln.  Das wiederum bedeutet, dass Menschen, die schnell Rätsel lösen können, schneller Lösungen für Probleme im Alltag finden. Das Lösen von Rätseln ist eine sehr lustige und aufregende Aktivität!

Ho pensato che la meditazione, per tutti gli studenti di italiano che sono incuriositi dal mondo della spiritualità e della crescita personale, possa essere un modo alternativo e incredibile per approcciarsi alla lingua d’apprendimento, in questo caso l’italiana. Potreste stabilire la lingua italiana come la vostra “lingua della meditazione”! Facendo ciò avreste la possibilità di creare un dialogo interiore in italiano, creando una connessione incredibile con questa lingua.
 
Questa puntata è una semplice meditazione guidata dove realizzo: tecniche di respirazione mindfulness, un piccolo scanner corporale, do alcuni consigli su come meditare.

Waar ben je geplant?
In de natuur is de plaats waar je geplant bent erg belangrijk. 
Het bepaalt wanneer je zonlicht zult ontvangen en voor hoeveel uur. Het bepaalt ook hoeveel beschutting je van de elementen zoals de wind en de regen hebt. Je plek bepaalt ook hoeveel ruimte je hebt om te groeien en of jouw type plant zijn volledige potentie kan bereiken. 

In het leven is het daarom belangrijk dat we uitzoeken waar we zijn geplant en wat voor soort plant wij zijn. Zo zal het makkelijker voor je worden om jouw eigen verwachtingen te managen en rekening te houden met je eigen specifieke behoeftes. 

Where are you planted?
In nature the place where you are planted is very important.
It determines when you will receive sunlight and for how many hours. It also determines how much shelter you have from the elements like the wind and the rain. Your spot also determines how much room you have to grow and whether your type of plant can reach its full potential.

In life it is therefore very important that you find out where you are planted and what kind of plant you are. This way it will be easier to manage your expectations and cater to your own specific needs.

Alright, let’s get to the nitty-gritty—who likes studying grammar rules first? Or diving headfirst into vocabulary drills when you’d rather be chatting away in full sentences? Yes, I hear you. But what if I told you that deliberately choosing to study in ways you don’t like could actually skyrocket your learning? Yes, you heard that right. Let’s dig into this, shall we?

Instead of saying “I hate this method of studying. It’s so difficult, boring or whatever negative word that comes to mind”, say instead and normalize the inner dialogue within you to gradually be “I am open to a different study technique once in a while.”

Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を楽しく勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

ぼくの日常生活の話を聞くことで、日本語のリスニングをよくしたり、新しい言葉を知ってもらえたらいいなと思います。

今日もトルコからPodcastを録っています。


今回は日本のNEWSについてです。

犬や猫を連れて飛行機に乗ることができる、についてです。

今までも日本の航空会社では、JALやANAなら犬や猫を乗せることができました。これは人の席に乗せることはできません。

今回、スターフライヤーという会社も犬や猫を乗せれるようになります。しかも飼い主は横に座ることができます。これは大きな違いですね。

ペット1匹¥50,000とまだ高い！という感じですが、今まですでに300件以上の利用があります。

今は北九州から羽田までだけですが、来年1/15からはスターフライヤーの全便で乗せることができるようになる、ということです。

おもしろいNEWSですね。
ペットと一緒に旅行をするのが簡単になります。

僕たちも日本にアメ、という猫を飼っています。
今はぼくの実家にいます。

日本で引越をする時や海外旅行に行く時、何回か飛行機に乗せたことがあります。

それは横に乗せるのではなく、ペット専用のケージに入れて、別の場所に乗せるサービスでした。

これは実はとても心配です。
もちろん安全ですが、いつもと大きく違う環境です。
しかも音の大きなよくわからない状況に2時間もがまんさせないといけないです。

これは本当に心配だし、心苦しいですね。

何かあったらいやだな、と毎回考えました。

今回の新しいサービスは自分の席のとなりに自分のペットがいるのでとても安心ですね。

ペットの反応はわかりませんが、旅行に連れて行けるようになるのはとても良いことです。

日本はホテルなど動物不可の場所は多いですが、これも少しずつ変わっていけばいいですね。
