How to grow beans
Put some soil in small plant pots. Put a few seeds in each pot.
Cover them with a layer of soil. Water them, and wait until some leaves start to grow.
When they are large enough, plant them in rows in the ground. If possible, plant them
on the edge of a path where they are easier to look after.
Support the growing plants with sticks. Pick the beans when they're ready to eat.

내가 가장 좋아하는 꽃 🌸

내가 가장 좋아하는 꽃은 벚꽃입니다.
봄이 오면 나무에 작은 꽃들이 피기 시작합니다. 벚꽃은 분홍색이고 아주 예쁩니다.

나는 봄이 되면 친구들과 함께 벚꽃을 보러 갑니다. 공원이나 강변에는 많은 벚꽃이 있습니다. 벚꽃 아래에서 우리는 사진을 찍고, 함께 웃으며 즐거운 시간을 보냅니다. 때때로 돗자리를 깔고 앉아 맛있는 음식을 먹기도 합니다.

바람이 불면 벚꽃잎이 하늘에서 천천히 떨어집니다. 마치 눈이 내리는 것처럼 아름답습니다. 그 순간이 너무 좋아서 나는 오래오래 기억하고 싶습니다.

벚꽃은 아주 짧은 시간 동안만 핍니다. 그래서 더 소중하고 특별하게 느껴집니다. 꽃이 져도 나는 벚꽃을 다시 기다립니다. 내년 봄이 오면 또 볼 수 있기 때문입니다.

벚꽃을 보면 기분이 좋아지고, 마음이 따뜻해집니다. 그래서 나는 벚꽃을 가장 좋아합니다. 여러분은 어떤 꽃을 좋아하나요? 😊

My Favorite Flower 🌸

My favorite flower is cherry blossoms.
When spring comes, small flowers start to bloom on the trees. Cherry blossoms are pink and very beautiful.

When spring arrives, I go to see cherry blossoms with my friends. There are many cherry blossom trees in parks and along the riverside. Under the cherry blossoms, we take pictures, laugh together, and have a great time. Sometimes, we sit on a picnic mat and eat delicious food.

When the wind blows, cherry blossom petals slowly fall from the sky. It looks as beautiful as falling snow. I love that moment so much that I want to remember it forever.

Cherry blossoms bloom for only a short time. That is why they feel more special and precious. Even after the flowers fall, I still look forward to them. When spring comes again next year, I can see them once more.

Seeing cherry blossoms makes me happy and warms my heart. That is why I love cherry blossoms the most. What is your favorite flower? 😊

Oggi parliamo di un tema che rappresenta l’Italia nel mondo: il caffè.
Come ordinarlo, come berlo, e soprattutto come non fare figuracce al bar!

☕ Il caffè in Italia
Per prima cosa: non dire mai espresso! In Italia si ordina semplicemente un caffè.
Se entri in un bar e chiedi un “espresso”, ti capiranno, certo, ma ti riconosceranno subito come turista.

🥐 Il grande dubbio del cappuccino
E qui arriviamo alla domanda che assilla tutti gli stranieri: è vero che il cappuccino si beve solo prima delle 11?
La risposta è… sì e no. In teoria, in Italia il cappuccino è una bevanda da colazione, perfetta con una brioche.
Ma in pratica, io stessa sono la prima a ordinarlo anche alle nove di sera!
Quello che però non si fa mai è berlo al posto dell’acqua, del vino o della birra a tavola. Il cappuccino non accompagna un pasto: è un momento a sé.

☕ Varianti del caffè
Scopriamo la differenza tra due grandi classici: il caffè macchiato e il latte macchiato.
Il caffè macchiato è un normale caffè con qualche goccia di latte caldo o latte freddo. Semplicemente potrai dire: un caffè macchiato caldo per favore! o un caffè machiato freddo grazie!

Il latte macchiato, invece, è un bicchiere di latte caldo con qualche goccia di caffè…una  “macchia” di caffè: insomma molto  latte, poco caffè.

📜 Curiosità culturale
In Italia il caffè è più di una bevanda: è un vero e proprio rito sociale.
Spesso si beve al banco, velocemente, in pochi sorsi. 
Non si resta seduti mezz’ora con la tazza in mano,  o si prende d’asporto e si beve per strada, come accade in altri Paesi.
Il caffè è un momento breve, intenso e quotidiano, che scandisce le giornate degli italiani.

3. Offering a new product/service to reach new customers

Your business might be doing well, but there is no growth or development and there is a risk that your competitors might take away some of your customers. Innovation sometimes means developing a new product that targets a different market. Although video games were often played by boys, in 2006, video games giant Nintendo introduced the game console Nintendo Wii, successfully targeting girls and older customers with games like Cooking Mama and Brain Training.  

4. Changing the way you provide a service

By looking at the changes to the customer's lifestyle and needs, we sometimes realise that there might be better ways to serve them. Customers who do not have a lot of time might prefer to have their food or their shopping delivered to their homes, or they might like to do their banking online rather than in an actual bank.

Not all innovation will bring success to our businesses, but it can give us the opportunity to grow and learn more about what we do and what our customers might want.

EL GUERRERO ÁGUILA.

Dentro de la sociedad azteca, el guerrero águila ocupaba un lugar destacado. Junto con el guerrero jaguar y el guerrero serpiente, conformaba una clase aparte dentro ejército de la Triple Alianza liderada por Tenochtitlán.

Quienes se destinaban a ser guerrero águila eran seleccionados con esmero por los maestros del calmécac y del tepochcalli, las dos escuelas donde los aztecas recibían una instrucción obligatoria. Aprendían a seguir la palabra antigua, a respetar los consejos sabios de los más viejos. Antes de dominar el arte de la guerra aprendían a curar. El guerrero era ante todo alguien capaz de defender con valor, su fe en la vida. Al término de muchos años de un duro aprendizaje, los mejores estudiantes eran consagrados guerreros águila.

El cuauhpilli (guerrero águila) ascendía los diferentes grados militares mostrando firmeza y coraje en los combates. La realización de actos heroicos y la captura de enemigos en el campo de batalla eran recompensados. Los guerreros águila constituían la élite del ejército, y entre ellos se distinguían por sus insignias, la riqueza de su ornamento así como la belleza de las plumas que ornaban su penacho. Los de más alto grado tenían un penacho con sólo la parte superior del pico del águila.
