Even though I’ve lived here for several years now, I still remember those first moments of confusion... especially when it came to la bise, strict meal times, and how hard it is to survive without a car in some cities!

Même si je vis ici depuis plusieurs années maintenant, je me souviens encore très bien de ces premiers moments de confusion…surtout en ce qui concerne la bise, les horaires de repas très stricts, et la galère pour survivre sans voiture dans certaines villes !

A ： 你 家  有  几 口  人  ？ 
How many people are there in your family?

 wǒ jiā yǒu sì kǒu rén ， bà ba 、 mā ma 、 wǒ hé mèi mei 。 
B ： 我 家  有  四 口  人  ， 爸 爸 、 妈 妈 、 我 和 妹  妹  。 
 There are four people in my family ， My father, my mother, me and my younger sister.

 wǒ méi yǒu mèi mei ， wǒ yǒu yí gè gē ge 。 
A ： 我 没  有  妹  妹  ， 我 有  一 个 哥 哥 。 
I don't have a younger sister. I have an elder brother.

 yǒu gè gē ge zhēn hǎo ！ 
B ： 有  个 哥 哥 真   好  ！
