Дышите. (Breathe.)
Представьте себе лёгкое облако над вами. (Imagine a light cloud above you.)
Оно уносит ваше волнение, ваши беспокойства, ваше напряжение. (It carries away your anxiety, your worries, your tension.)
Дышите медленно и глубоко. (Breathe slowly and deeply.)
Вы чувствуете, как вам становится легче. (You feel yourself becoming lighter.)
Не думайте о плохом. (Don't think about the bad.)
Думайте только о хорошем. (Think only about the good.)

Step 1: Listen and catch the words you know already, have a guess about the content.
Step 2: Check the script to learn one by one. 
Step 3: Listen and repeat after it.
Step 4: Practice until you can perform the dialogue.

顾客（gùkè,customer）: 你好，买单。
nǐ hǎo ， mǎi dān 。
Hello, check please.
服务员(fú wù yuán,waiter)：您好，买单请到前台。
nín hǎo ， mǎi dān qǐng dào qián tái 。
Hello, please go to the front desk to pay the bill.
顾客: 你好，12桌买单。
nǐ hǎo ，shí èr zhuō mǎi dān 。
Hello, paying bill for table NO.12 
前台（qián tái，front desk）：一共消费288块，您看一下。
yí gòng xiāo fèi liǎng bǎi bā shí bā kuài ， nín kàn yí xià 。
The total consumption is 288 yuan, please take a look.
顾客: 没有问题。
méi yǒu wèn tí 。
No problem.
前台：您怎么支付？
nín zěn me zhī fù ？
How would you like to pay?
顾客: 有什么支付方式？
yǒu shén me zhī fù fāng shì ？
What payment methods are available?
前台：现金、微信、支付宝和信用卡都可以。

Paris attend les Jeux olympiques! (Paris awaits the Olympic Games!)
Les Américains aiment le sport, et cette année, le monde du sport se tourne vers la France ! Savez-vous pourquoi ?  Les Jeux olympiques d'été auront lieu à Paris du 26 juillet au 11 août 2024. C'est la troisième fois que la Ville Lumière accueille cet événement international important.

En ce moment, Paris se prépare pour les Jeux. On peut voir le compte à rebours s'afficher dans la ville.  Les athlètes du monde entier s'entraînent dur pour être prêts à concourir.  Bientôt, la France vibrera au rythme des Jeux !
