En este episodio vas a conocer algunos aspectos de la cultura argentina que se encuentran intrínsecamente relacionados con la cultura italiana. Este podcast está recomendado para estudiantes de español con un manejo avanzado del idioma.

¿Alguna vez escuchaste hablar del lunfardo? Es una jerga hablada en Arg. con una base preponderantemente italiana. Y es que palabras como “laburo”, “pibe” y “morfar”, derivan de sus expresiones originarias de Italia “lavoro”, “pivetto” y “morfa”.
Este aspecto lingüístico es sólo una de las tantas herencias culturales que hemos recibido de nuestros ancestros italianos y al día de hoy continuamos manteniendo.
Según datos del Gobierno de CABA, casi la mitad de los argentinos tiene sangre italiana, cerca de 700 mil poseen doble ciudadanía y son más de 1000 las instituciones y asociaciones italianas activas en Arg., algo inédito a nivel mundial.
Caminando por los barrios, principalmente de la provincia de Bs. As., es muy común encontrar sociedades de fomento italianas, donde el rezago de los inmigrantes nativos, sus respectivas progenies y simpatizantes de la cultura, comparten habitualmente eventos y actividades.
Asimismo, también es normal encontrar institutos de difusión de la cultura italiana, donde se imparten cursos y eventos sobre la lengua, el arte, viajes al país europeo, entre otros.
La cultura italiana está, aún hoy, muy presente en la cocina argentina. A través de las milanesas, los ñoquis, el aroma de los tucos caseros que se siente al pasar por las veredas, los entrañables crostoli y scones cuyas recetas hemos heredado, son sólo algunos ejemplos.
Y como es mundialmente sabido, los italianos tienen fama de hablar con las manos. Esto también se ve reflejado en el país latino, ya que los argentinos hemos heredado definitivamente esta costumbre de nuestros antepasados mediterráneos. Por eso, si vemos a un argentino pellizcando sus dedos o gesticulando mucho con sus brazos es, muy probablemente, un síntoma de su herencia tana.

こんばんは！Atsushiです。
今日は、つぶあん、こしあんについて、話します。

皆さんはあんこを食べたことがありますか？
もしかしたら食べたことがない人の方が多いかもしれないですね。

あんことは、食材を煮詰めて練ったペースト状のものです。
一般的にはあずきが多いですが、他のものもペースト状にするものもあります。たとえは、枝豆をあんにして、もちを包んだ、ずんだ餅というものがあります。これは宮城県の有名な食べ物です。

あずきのあんこには、2種類あります。
それが、つぶあん、こしあんです。
「つぶあん」はあずきの粒をつぶさないように炊きあげたもの。
「こしあん」はあずきなどを煮てつぶし、布などで濾（こ）して皮を除いて炊きあげたもの。

これを聞いて皆さんはどちらが食べたいと思いますか？
もしくはどちらが好きですか？

僕はつぶあんの方が好きですね。
つぶあんの方が別の食感が残っているので、それも楽しみながら食べることができます。
こしあんが好きな人はそのペースト状のなめらかな舌触りが好きな人だと思います。


あんこが食べられるものとして、人気なのは、
たい焼き
大福
おはぎ
などがあります。

僕はおはぎが好きです。
どれもおいしいですね。

たい焼きや、大福、おはぎなどは、とても安く食べれます。
観光地などによく売ってると思いますので、日本に来られた時はぜひ食べてみてください。

ということで今日はこしあんつぶあんどっちが好き？について話しました。
