Tema: Para pedir DISCULPAS no siempre decimos LO SIENTO. Hay otas expresiones de acuerdo al contexto o según las circunstancias. Depende si es una situación social o hay realmente sentimientos de culpa o responsabilidad. LO SIENTO no es incorrecto, solo digo que hay otras opciones, también según la cultura e incluso según la personalidad del hablante.

En este episodio hay muchos ejemplos que incluyen PASADOS, verbos reflexivos y vocabulario.

こんにちは。今日は8月4日日曜日です。「5分でわかる日本語」ポッドキャストへようこそ。私は日本語の先生、みわです。今日は、夏にぴったりなおいしい食べ物、「ひやむぎ」と「そうめん」についてお話しします。

みなさんは、「ひやむぎ」と「そうめん」を知っていますか？まず、「ひやむぎ」について説明します。「ひやむぎ」は、うどんより細い食べ物です。ラーメンとは違います。ひやむぎは白くて細い食べ物で、夏に冷たくして食べるととてもおいしいです。

次に、「そうめん」について説明します。「そうめん」は、ひやむぎよりもっと細い食べ物です。そうめんは、とても細くて、暑い夏の日にも食べやすいのが特徴です。

どちらも、夏にぴったりな食べ物です。暑い日は、食欲がなくなりますね。ごはんを食べたくなくなります。そんな暑い夏の日に食べるととてもおいしいです。冷たいひやむぎやそうめんを食べると、とても体が涼しくなります。

しかも、作り方も簡単です。ここで、ひやむぎとそうめんの作り方を見てみましょう。ひやむぎの作り方もそうめんの作り方もほとんど同じです。

	1.	ひやむぎまたはそうめんを茹でる
	•	大きな鍋にたっぷりの水を入れて沸かします。
	•	お湯になったら、ひやむぎまたはそうめんを入れます。そして、決められた時間茹でます。「茹でる」とは、物をお湯に入れて熱くすることです。
	2.	冷たい水で冷たくする　
	　•	茹でたひやむぎを鍋から出して、冷たい水でよく洗います。
　　　•	しっかり洗いましょう。しっかり洗うと、もっとおいしくなります。
  　3.　	お皿にのせる
	•	冷やしたひやむぎ、そうめんを皿の上におきます。
	•	きゅうりやトマトなどの野菜や肉を加えると体にもいいですね。これで完成です。
ひやむぎとそうめんの作り方で違うのは、茹でる時間です。そうめんの方が細いので、そうめんの方が茹でる時間が短いです。

食べ方も簡単です。冷たいつゆにつけて食べます。つゆは、醤油から作られたものです。

今、夏なので、私もよくひやむぎやそうめんを食べています。暑い日には、冷たい食べ物がとてもおいしいです。皆さんも、ぜひひやむぎやそうめんを作ってみてください。

ここで、皆さんに問題です。「ひやむぎ」と「そうめん」の違いは何ですか？
	1.	色
	2.	太さ
	3.	味
正解は「2. 太さ」です。実は、作り方も違うのですが、大きく違うところは太さです。

日本の夏！おいしい「ひやむぎ」と「そうめん」

Today's grandparents are joining their grandchildren on social media, but the different generations' online habits couldn't be more different. In the UK the over-55s are joining Facebook in increasing numbers, meaning that they will soon be the site's second biggest user group, with 3.5 million users aged 55–64 and 2.9 million over-65s.

Sheila, aged 59, says, 'I joined to see what my grandchildren are doing, as my daughter posts videos and photos of them. It's a much better way to see what they're doing than waiting for letters and photos in the post. That's how we did it when I was a child, but I think I'm lucky I get to see so much more of their lives than my grandparents did.'

Ironically, Sheila's grandchildren are less likely to use Facebook themselves. Children under 17 in the UK are leaving the site – only 2.2 million users are under 17 – but they're not going far from their smartphones. Chloe, aged 15, even sleeps with her phone. 'It's my alarm clock so I have to,' she says. 'I look at it before I go to sleep and as soon as I wake up.'
