They promote greater understanding between functions and help build relationships that can improve future cooperation.

Example:
Launching a New Product: Imagine a company developing a new fitness tracker. The Marketing team needs to understand user needs and preferences (gathered from the Sales team) to create targeted advertising campaigns. Meanwhile, the Engineering team collaborates with the Design team to ensure the tracker is user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Finally, the Manufacturing team works with the Supply Chain team to source materials and ensure production runs smoothly. 今日は2024年の7月に開催されるパリオリンピックのメダルについてお話ししたいと思います。
皆さんはニュースでパリオリンピックのメダルのデザインを見ましたか？
私はニュースでもう見ました。
メダルのデザインは国によってオリジナリティがあって、形やデザインやリボンの色などが本当に様々で面白いですよね！どの国のメダルも素敵でしたが、次のパリオリンピックのメダルはとても素敵なデザインとアイデアのあるメダルです。

実はエッフェル塔で使われていた "鉄" がメダルの中心の部分に使われています。そして形はフランスの形を表す "ろっかっけい" になっていて表彰台に上がったアスリートがメダルとしてエッフェル塔の一部を持ち帰ることができるという貴重なものです。
アイデアがとてもおしゃれで、さすがフランスですよね♪

私が注目している競技はゴルフとスケートボードですが、本当にたくさんの種目があるので、どの種目も見てみたいと思います。
すべての国の選手がパリオリンピックでベストを尽くせるように、とても楽しみにしていますし応援しようと思います。
