日本では、学校や会社で避難訓練(ひなんくんれん)があります。

避難(ひなん)とは、逃げることです。

訓練(くんれん)とは、練習(れんしゅう)することです。

避難訓練とは地震(じしん)のとき、

逃(に)げる練習をすることです。

そのときに、大切(たいせつ)なことがあります。

それは「お・は・し・も」です。

おはしもって何？ですよね。

おはしもとは、

おさない
走らない
しゃべらない
もどらない

のことです。

それを「おはしも」といいます。

地震があったとき、この「おはしも」を思い出します。

そうしてパニックにならないようにします。

この「おはしも」はいつ、習うと思いますか？

だれから、習うと思いますか？
