It's 30 something almost 40 degrees every day.

xià yǔ ma ？
Does it rain?
A: 很少下雨，要是下雨还凉快点儿。

It rarely rains, it's cooler if it rains.
B: 也是，不过下雨的话出门也麻烦。

That's right, but it's troublesome to go out if it rains.

How's the weather over there?
