Cómo dejar de traducir y empezar a pensar en español

De la misma forma que preparás tu cuerpo, también preparás tu mente. Igual que entrenás tu cuerpo, entrenás tu mente. Buscá cada día un rato para nutrir el templo que es tu cuerpo por medio de un ejercicio energético. Que tu sangre circule y tu cuerpo esté en movimiento. Una semana tiene 168 horas. Debés invertir al menos cinco de ellas en algún tipo de actividad física. La salud es algo que la mayoría de nosotros da por hecho hasta que la perdemos. No dejes que te ocurra.
