My name is Paulius and I work as a Lithuanian and English tutor online. I have created this podcast for anyone who is interested in improving Lithuanian. While this show is mostly aimed at intermediate learners, you can still benefit from it even if you are a beginner, because I’m going to be speaking relatively slowly and I will try to avoid using difficult words.

Even if you feel that the podcast is hard to follow at first, no worries, I promise with time, it’s going to get easier. Language comprehension takes time and the more input you get, the easier it becomes to interpret and recall the newly learnt information. For this reason, I suggest listening to this podcast every or every other day for at least 5 to 10 minutes a time, re-listening some of the same content every few weeks or months. Once you get used to the various sounds, rhythms, sentence patterns, and so on, you will naturally want to listen more.

I suggest turning on the subtitles for a more comfortable listening experience. Install Language Reactor to translate the Lithuanian titles into your native language.

Today I will be discussing a topic that I found very interesting, and I hope you do to, It is something I have started doing and I definitely feel the positive effects. Today I am discussing grounding at first, this may sound a little woo-woo. But the science behind earthing and grounding is compelling: The earth is abundant in free electrons (negatively charged) that when connected to the body can help neutralize free radicals, providing antioxidant and immune-boosting properties

Grounding also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth for various health benefits.
We walked barefoot and we slept in contact with the Earth never realizing that its surface contained limitless, natural, healing energy. Walking around barefoot is not our main mode of travel any longer. We live indoors much of the time and when we do walk or run outside, we wear rubber-soled shoes which prevent our feet from being able to absorb the Earth's subtle energy. Rubber is not conductive, but our bodies are!

Frutas y verduras: Los beneficios de su consumo

Después del primer vuelo registrado en México por Alberto Braniff el 8 enero 1910 efectuado en Balbuena, Cd. Méx. a bordo de un avión biplaza Voisin y del vuelo realizado por Don Francisco I. Madero, el 30 de noviembre de 1911, se confirma la utilidad tanto civil como militar del aeroplano; en 1912 se autoriza que 5 oficiales estudien becados en los Estados Unidos la carrera de Piloto Aviador.

Lo anterior se confirmó al utilizar aeronaves para reconocimientos aéreos y bombardeos durante la Revolución Mexicana. Sobresale la participación el 14 de abril de 1914 en Topolobampo, Sinaloa, cuando el Capitán 1/o. Piloto Aviador Gustavo Adolfo Salinas Camiña, acompañado por el Mecánico Naval Teodoro Madariaga, realizó el primer bombardeo aeronaval en el mundo. 
Venustiano Carranza, Primer Jefe del Ejército Constitucionalista, al confirmar las enormes posibilidades de la aviación en campaña, expidió, el 5 de febrero de 1915, el acuerdo mediante el cual se creó el arma de Aviación Militar, génesis de la Fuerza Aérea Mexicana, designando como jefe de la misma al Mayor de Estado Mayor Alberto Leopoldo Salinas Carranza; quien al mismo tiempo, deja de pertenecer al Arma de Caballería para causar alta en el escalafón del Ejército Constitucionalista, como Piloto Aviador Militar.

El escaso rendimiento obtenido con los motores y hélices importados, durante su empleo en el altiplano de México, originó la necesidad de contar con tecnología propia que permitiera el desarrollo y progreso de la aviación nacional. El 15 de noviembre de 1915, se inauguraron oficialmente los "Talleres Nacionales de Construcciones Aeronáuticas" para la producción de aviones, motores y hélices en nuestro país, constituyendo un motivo de orgullo por emplear exclusivamente tecnología mexicana.
