大新自己开车，从北京，带妈妈去海南。北京到海南非常远，有2600多公里。有的人会问，为什么不坐飞机呢？坐飞机更快，更容易，更轻松。可是，大新觉得开车更安全。因为那个时候还有新冠疫情。坐飞机的话，妈妈可能生病。大新和妈妈从北京出发，第一天和第二天，每天都要走800到900公里，妈妈很累，后来，他们就走得慢一点儿。每次看见服务区，他们就到服务区休息，带妈妈做一些简单的运动，跟妈妈说话。他们一般在车上吃饭。第三天的晚上，因为下雨了，他们在梧州的一个酒店住了一个晚上。第四天，他们到了徐闻港。因为海南是一个岛，所有从中国大陆到海南的人和车都必须从徐闻港坐渡船到海南。等船的人很多，他们等了两个小时才上船。九十分钟以后，他们到了海口。大新和妈妈是最后下船的，因为妈妈的腿脚不方便。他们在海口又休息了一下才在开车回家，他们的家在三亚的亚龙湾，还要开几个小时的车才能到。终于，在第四天下午五点半左右，大新和妈妈到了海南的家。大新觉得妈妈特别棒，这么远的路，妈妈一直有好心情。终于到家了，大新和妈妈都可以好好休息休息了。

みなさんは日本のコンビニは好きですか？
今日はコンビニのビニール袋(ぶくろ)のはなしです。
日本で有名なコンビニはいくつかありますね。

たとえば、セブンイレブン、ローソン、ファミリーマートなどです。

買い物をすると、ビニール袋に入れてくれます。

この袋は有料(ゆうりょう)です。

有料とはお金がかかることです。

つまり、袋を買わなければ、なりません。

ちなみに、有料の反対(はんたい)は‥

無料(むりょう)ですね。

コンビニのレジで、

"袋はいりますか？"

"いいえ、大丈夫です。"

といいます。

いいえ、大丈夫です。のほかには、

"袋はいりません。"

"そのままで大丈夫です。"

と言うことができます。

あなたの国では、袋は有料ですか？

60. コンビニの袋は有料(ゆうりょう)/ふくろはいりますか？

When you take your IELTS speaking test, how should you prepare for part 2? What is the best way to use the one minute you have to prepare? What is the best way to prepare? How should you use that 1 minute?

Firstly, think about the synonyms you could use. Paraphrasing is an important skill. For example, if the question asks you why did you like something, don’t say ‘I like it because’ but say, it’s my favorite because. And if the question asks you how old you were when you learned how to ride a bike, don’t say ‘I learned to ride a bike when I was a child’, but say, ‘I learned to cycle when I was a child.’ Also, if the examiner asks you if something is important, don’t say ‘I think it’s important,’ but say ‘I think it’s essential, or I think it’s vital.’
