皆さん、お元気でしょうか。
ミア先生です。今日は　は　英語で　「がすき　です」　と　言う　文法について　お話ししたいと思います。
HELLO EVERYONE, How are you? Are you guys doing well? It’s me your Japanese teacher Mia.
So today we are going to learn about 「GA SUKI DESU」 Grammar. This is a JLPT N5 grammar point and we use this to say “I like something”.  

The structure or the word order of this grammar is pretty easy. You just need to say the noun and “ga suki desu” after that.
For example,  if you want to say “I like Apple”, 
we need to say I first, then Apple and Ga suki desu. Okay, let’s do this.
•	We know how to say I right, I is わたし(watashi)　in Japanese. 
•	And don’t forget は　particle,we need to say は（wa) particle after the subject of the sentence. 
•	So we say わたし　は　（Watashi wa） ,
•	and then we have to say apple ( apple is りんご　(ringo)　in Japanese)
•	and just say がすき　ですga suki desu 。
So It should beわたし　は　りんご　が　すきです。( watashi war ringo ga suki desu. )
See it’s that easy my friends. Okay now let’s say “I like cars”
Now we know I is わたし　は　、　and for car, we say くるま　
Okay, now it’s your chance to say the sentence. I am going to give you a few seconds.
はい、わたし　は　くるま　が　すき　です。That’s right.
Let’s do one more sentence, He likes Money.
He is かれ
Money is おかね
So how do we say “he likes money“　it’s かれ　は　おかね　が　すきです。(kare wa okane ga suki desu)

Hola a todos y bienvenidos a este nuevo episodio de este podcast de español para principiantes. Bueno, yo soy Shirley y hoy vamos a aprender cómo presentarnos y cómo saludar en español. ¿Están listos? ¡Estoy muy emocionada de acompañarlos en este viaje de aprendizaje! Entonces, comencemos.

En español, cuando conoces a alguien por primera vez es común presentarte diciendo tu nombre. Por ejemplo, puedes decir: "Hola me llamo Shirley" "Hola me llamo Andrés" "Hola me llamo Reika" "Hola me llamo Amanda". Así que es una manera muy común de presentarse.
Muy bien, ahora vamos a aprender algunas formas básicas de saludar, el saludo más común es: "Hola". Es simple. Y puedes usarlo en cualquier momento, en la mañana, en la tarde o en la noche. Hola. También es bueno saber el saludo según la hora del día. Entonces por la mañana decimos: "Buenos días". 

En la tarde decimos "Buenas tardes" Repite conmigo. Y por la noche, "Buenas noches". ¿Puedes repetirlo conmigo? Repitan conmigo: Buenos días, buenas tardes, y buenas noches. Ahora, ¿Cómo responder cuando alguien te dice: "Buenos días, ¿cómo estás?" Puedes decir: "Buenos días, estoy bien gracias y ¿tú?" Muy bien. Gracias y tú. ¿Entonces? "Buenos días, ¿cómo estás? Estoy bien gracias". Muy bien es la manera natural de empezar una conversación. Es la manera de ser cordial. ¿Y ahora cómo decimos goodbye, cómo decimos "Adiós"? ¿Cómo nos despedimos? Bueno ya dije algo "adiós". También puedes decir "Hasta luego". "Chao". "Hasta pronto". "Nos vemos pronto" "Nos vemos mañana". Esas son algunas de las maneras de decir adiós. Chao, hasta luego.

My warmest welcome to you. You are listening to episode 3 of the 111 Tips for Learning a Language. From Episode 1, we identified our most comfortable way of learning. From Episode 2, we zoomed in on mastering one aspect of the language. In this episode, I am going to ask you to determine:-
(1)	When you would like to learn; and 
(2)	Where you would like to learn; and lastly
(3)	How much time you would like to spend learning. 

Once you have clear answers about the when, where and how much time you have, you should be able to set a regular routine for learning. As we know, a routine is repetitive, therefore we would gradually become accustomed to sticking to it. It is just like brushing our teeth every morning. The goal is to make our learning schedule a habit. Once it becomes a habit, you would not think twice about straying away from it.  

It is advisable though to set a short, easy routine initially. This is so that you would not find it too difficult to keep up with. When you first start following your schedule the first few times, you are actually training yourself to become more disciplined. With discipline comes habit.  
Research has shown that humans are creatures of habit. Once your schedule is set, you are ready to go! When learning is a habit, you are consistently making progress in learning the language of your choice. Our podcast has now come to an end. I wish you Inspired Learning and till our next episode.
