こんにちは～！マルハバ！サウジの日本語の先生、佳子です＾＾
みなさんー！お元気ですか？私は元気ですよ～！
今日は「1日で好きな時間」について話します。

私が1日で好きな時間はふたつあります。一つ目は、朝食の時間。
私は朝食を毎日食べる派です。そしてコーヒーが大好き。コーヒーがないと私の一日は始まりません。家に豆を挽いてコーヒーを作れる機械があるので、毎日新鮮なコーヒーを楽しめるんですよね～。朝食は、ピーナッツバターやチーズ、あとは中東では一般的なLabnaというヨーグルトとクリームチーズの中間的なものをパンに塗って食べることが多いです。サウジに来てから毎朝パンを食べるようになりました。シンプルなパンがとても安いです！あとはりんごも食べます。朝、挽きたてのコーヒーを飲みながら美味しい朝食を食べる時間は最高です。
二つ目は夜寝る前の時間。息子と本を読んでから、ベッドで今日の出来事や明日したいことについて話すリラックスした時間・・・。朝食後から夕食までは時々忙しいし、少しストレスが溜まることもあるけど、この夜のルーティンの時間はかわいい息子と体をくっつけて触れ合える貴重な時間。その日嫌なことがあってもこの時間に忘れることも多いです。
