A very important topic, which would be benefical for both teachers and students if it were taught in schools, is diet. It seems that most pupils tend to feed on fast food and junk food, which are not healthy in any aspect. Teaching diet can help students realise the importance of eating well.

“Very” is much more natural than “such” in this case. Nearly all = most (“nearly most” is like saying “most most”)
