Today, I ate a ''Sata Andagi'' for dessert. It's a famous and popular sweet of Okinawa. Okinawa is one of the prefectures in Japan, and is located in the south. Also Okinawans traded with foreign countries in the past when it was part of the Ryukyu okoku Kingdom. Therefore it is said that the origin of this dessert came from China. (It is often said that this dessert originally came from China) I like it because it's like donuts! The outside of dough is crispy, but the inside is soft and fluffy. (I ate it when it had just been fried in oil. so if you eat it, you should warm in the microwave!) It was made by my father, and ( its taste) was yummy! He often cook a meal, which is always delicious. I hope I can cook as well as him one day!
