The bar chart clearly illustrates the percentages of inhabitants in a certain city who exercise in four different ways.Specifically,exercising alone accounts for 54.3%,which is the highest percentage among the ways.Next come exercising with friends and family members ,accounting for 47.7% and 23.9%,respectively.Exercising with a group has the lowest proportion with 15.8%.
There are two main factors involved in this phenomenon.First,the increasing of the self-awareness has influenced many aspects of life.Many people would rather care about themselves than pay attention to others feelings and time schedule.Thus,most of them prefer to exercise alone instead of exercising with groups .Second,because of the fierce competition in the modern society,most of people suffer intense anxiety.Sharing their problems and daily lives with friends and family members is a practical way to relax.Meanwhile,this also can enhance their relationship to gain happiness .
From my perspective,no matter what ways you choose to exercise it is benefit for us.However,exercise together with friends and family members may be the best option.Having reminder comes form others can help us to keep this habit easier.
