Yo chubasquero sólo lo he escuchado en España. En Venezuela usamos también impermeable. Gabardina es una prenda un poquito diferente, es lo que en inglés llaman un trenchcoat.

Hola en México utilizamos más "el impermeable" pero es todavía más común decir "el paraguas".
