My favorite hobby is meditation because it shows you who you are. Meditation opens your mind, calms your thoughts and relaxes your body. I like to meditate to the sound of rain, it is a beautiful sound that reminds me of summer childhood and being careless. I meditate in the evening usually, and after that i feel the day is over and everything is okay. Meditation is not just a hobby, it is a way to feel yourself and feel the world around yourself.
