I would keep everything in Latin characters, so Sberbank instead of Сбербанк. And also, you should decide whether you are using , or ;. In both cases, the clause following should not be capitalized. In your second section, you are capitalizing after the ; which you don't need to do.

So for example "Communicated payment opinion; Maintained ledgers" is incorrect capitalization. It should be "Communicated payment opinion; maintained ledgers"
