Hi I'm Rayhana. I ate fuchka yesterday. I'm Bangladeshi and fuchka is one of the very popular snacks in this country. The outer coat of fuchka is very crunchy and made of flour. This crunchy fuchka was filled with chickpeas, mashed potatoes, tamarind sauce and different kinds of spices. The top of it was decorated with chopped onion, green chilli and grated boiled egg. They were served with tamarind sauce. It is sweet, sour and full of spices.
