"Perhaps it's good to add that feminists who work in the field of science care about how medical and legal institutions treat women, whether they are regarded simply as reproductive vessels, and they ask how the social conceptions of what a woman should be and to enter into her medical treatment, and contemporary laws" This is from a lecture speech. I didn't know what "to enter" is connected with by the coordinating conjunction "and." Now I think "and to" was just a sort of stammer of the speaker. So it's supposed to mean they ask how the social conceptions of what a woman should be enter into her medical treatment and contemporary laws. Do I understand it right?

Feminist actually care about how women that are reproductive vessels ( the women that lend their uterus to others, so those that have reproductive problems can have babies), and they actually a woman should be treated when she enters the process, and they care about the institutions following the law. And yes, I agree with you, something is missing, it sounds weird.
