Both are correct but it depends on the situation.
I have found a new job = news. It happened very recently and you're updating me about your life
I found a new job = a finished action in the past. Maybe you're telling me this to explain why you moved to a new city/country.
This difference applies to British English.

They are both grammatically correct, it’s just the tenses that are different, but they mean the same thing.
‘I found’ - past tense. ‘I have found’ - present perfect tense. (In this instance, present perfect tense indicates that you found the job in the past, but it is continuing to the present time.)
I hope this makes sense, feel free to message if you have any other questions :)
