What does "half" in this context mean? A : How does it taste? B : It tastes like cow milk but like gone bad like a little more sour. C: I kinda lace the bag (of something that they drank) B: With what? C: It’s half. B: Half??? Does "half" is kind of food? I don't think it mean some alcohol like whiskey or beer for British English, because they are American. Thank you

There is a product in the US called “half and half.” It’s half milk and half heavy cream. People usually put it in their coffee. I’m not sure if this is what the speaker in your example meant to say. We’d say “half and half” and not just “half.” It’s not supposed to be sour, but because it is a dairy product, it can spoil and become sour.

This conversation does not make much sense. They only thing I can deduce from here is that the drink was laced or mixed with half of something else.
