Dumplings are the most famous traditional food in China. People in China, especially in the north of China, eat dumplings during some traditional Chinese festivals such as the Spring Festival and the Winter Solstice. Besides those special festivals, we also choose to eat dumplings when the big family gathers together. We have different kinds of dumplings made from various vegetables and meats. I like the dumplings made from cabbage and pork the most.
