Here in China we have a dish called 'Fotiaoqiang' . The word means "the Buddha hops over the wall" for it's delicious and nutritious . It's a kind of soup and contains abalone , sparerip , trepan , fishskin , mushroom and so on . You can tell it is expensive by its ingredients.
