「攞」isn't a ending word, usually it means (get). For example I get ( 我攞 ) because you can see this word's radical( the left side part in this word ) is means hand. Therefore it is a action related to hand. And using we will add 咗/左 behind 攞 in cantonese. It means got.

FRom what I've heard from the audio, you are trying to say I'm fine, RIGHT? please check the pronunciation of me (ngo3) in Cantonese? It's abit sound like other word "take". And then you are asking I'm not okay? >>Ngo3 jau si6 我有事.

(Not a native speaker.)
I think the character in your sentence must be 攞, which means "to get, to take, to fetch, to bring, to obtain." A couple of dictionary pages:
Cantodict: http://www.cantonese.sheik.co.uk/dictionary/characters/2148/
Wiktionary: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E6%94%9E
I haven't specifically heard 攞 used in relation to grades, but it seems like it makes sense. Here are some examples of sentences where I've heard it:
攞壺茶嚟 "Bring a pot of tea."
我幫你攞 "I'll get it for you."
大家攞書出嚟 "Everyone take out your books."
你攞件衫做咩呀?"Why are you taking the shirt?"
等我攞返藥箱先呀 "Let me go grab the medical kit first."
(Native speakers, please correct me if I have any mistakes here!)
