Interesting qiestion :) if you are sure that this is how this lyrics is written (se e ), i don't see what it means exactly, there is an italian idiom which is 'se e solo se' = if and only if; maybe it's something close. There is also a chance that the singer is filling up the lyrics with an 'ehh' for rhythm
