Do you know what kind of food is it? Yeah, it looks spicy. And it does taste spicy.It is a trational local food in Sichuan China. Yesterday I didn't prepare any food for dinner. When dinner time came, I asked my daughter what did she want for dinner. Then, I saw the spicy sauce I bought from Taobao (a online shopping platform in China). I said how about the spicy food. My daughter said yes. I bought some vagetables , sausages and some bamboo sticks from the market. Then we started to cook the spicy good. I put the spicy sauce in a bot bowl and pour some hot water in it. We washed the vegetables(mushrooms, turnips, broccolis, toufu) and cut them into small pieces. We used the bamboo sticks to stick two pieces together. we cook the stick-food in a pot for several mins. Then we put the cooked stick-food in the big bowl with spicy sauce. And make sure the food was covered by the spicy sauce. After 20 mins, We can enjoy the delicous and spicy food.
