A product of a lot of help. I'm a product of a lot of help. We are products of a lot of help. Do you say these things?

You should say ‘I’ve received a lot of help.’ To be ‘a product of something’ requires that the something is well known and that a lot of people have gone through that path.

Tell me if I am wrong, but you seem to be saying that you have received a lot of help from others. Is that right? If so, you can say it this way: "I am the product of all the help I have received"

"My sister and I are refugees from a war torn country. When we arrived in America we were worried about so many things. Our sponsor family basically raised us until until we we're old enough to go to college. We truly are products (We are the results) of a lot of help." I forgot to include the word "us" in my previous post :)

Hi, without further context it would be difficult to say where these sentences would apply. These phases are very uncommon in English and can only be used in very specific contexts. See the sentences below for examples: "The jet turbine is a joint effect and a product of a lot of help from the team" "I was doing poorly in math but my friends came to my aid and helped me study. To put it simple, I'm (my success is) a product of a lot of help." "My sister and I are refugees from a war torn country. When we arrived in America we were worried about so many things. Our sponsor family basically raised until until we we're old enough to go to college. We truly are products (We are the results) of a lot of help." I would honestly avoid using these phrases as they are only used in very specific and esoteric contexts. Even as a native speaker of English I had to think about how best to use them in a properly functioning sentence.
