What does "easy" mean in this context? Glancing back, I got my first clear look at the monster. He was seven feet tall, easy, his arms and legs like something from the cover of Muscle Man magazine—bulging biceps and triceps and a bunch of other ’ceps, all stuffed like baseballs under vein-webbed skin. He wore no clothes except underwear—I mean, bright white Fruit of the Looms—which would’ve looked funny, except that the top half of his body was so scary. Coarse brown hair started at about his belly button and got thicker as it reached his shoulders. Does it mean: 1) Relaxed 2) Easy-going 3) Cold-blooded 4) Stupid What does it exactly mean? Thank you in advance!

It means that the height of the monster reaches 7 feet without any difficulty, indirectly hinting that the monster is most likely taller than that.

I agree with the others. I would also add that this is written in a very informal style--trying to get across how a character would speak. As a result, it isn't necessarily using correct grammar.

Easily = at least Adjectives and adverbs are sometimes used interchangeably, especially for a lower register of speech. Here, ‘easy’ means ‘at least’, and it does sound informal and a little less educated.

In this case, "easy" means that the writer is guessing the height of the monster, but that you can be confident that the monster was 7 feet tall (and maybe taller). This is an expression, but you won't find it in a dictionary. Good luck!
