How do I send a message to italki? Can I speak with a person? I am 71 and am confused. I apparently did something wrong, but I don't know what, and italki is not letting me book with my teacher!! AND italki says I violated procedure, but I have no idea how. I just want to book lessons with my wonderful teacher!
