Check the Chanel "Lavendaire" by Aileen on YouTube. She is very inspiring, helps you with getting organized for the future and focusing on the present moment. She also has some cheat sheets on Pinterest, they are like questions to organize your thoughts :)

Hmm perhaps you could try meditating/mindfulness, that might help to release some fatigue. Normally when I experience a burnout, I would take a one or two days break to just indulge myself. Hope that helps 😅
