I think that teenagers who commit major crimes should get the same punishment as adults. Teenagers should be developed enough to know what they are doing. Teeneagers know that, for example, robbing a bank or killing someone is not allowed. If it is not punished that hard for teenagers they could think: "Oh if I am robbing a bank I just get ...". The second argument is that teenagers can get protected from commiting crimes for adults who offer them money or something else. When the adult knows the teenager will get the same punishment, one knows the teenager won't do it. That's the point in my eyes.
