I have worked for 2 hours tonight.
I taught Science and Math and Social Studies to middle school students.
It was so hard, but I felt a sense of accomplishment.

Use "worked" instead of "have worked" when you are simply describing something that happened earlier the same day and is now finished. Also, when listing subjects or items, use commas for clarity: Science, Math, and Social Studies. And remember, "so hard" is okay in casual speech, but "very hard" sounds more natural in writing.
